Our Rooms
Standard Double Room
Our most reasonably priced room is our Standard Double Room. Small but perfectly formed this unique room is located on the top floor of the guest house and is home to our only standard sized double bed. With en-suite shower room, luxury linen, in-room drinks facilities and of course a Minster Walk hidden twist, this room provides the perfect cosy get away for one or two occupants.
Superior Double Rooms
Our Superior Double Rooms offer luxurious Super King size beds with specialist pocket sprung Harrison Spinks mattresses. These coupled with the most beautiful high quality pure cotton linen ensure the utmost comfort during your stay with us.
Each of our Superior rooms has in-room drinks facilities, television, wifi, vanity area and of course our obligatory Minster Walk twist. Our en-suites are all newly renovated shower rooms cleaned to our highest standards withboutique toiletries.
Superior Family Rooms
Our Superior Family rooms are furnished with both King Size and Single Harrison Spinks specialist pocket sprung mattresses coupled with the highest quality pure cotton linen.
Our family rooms offer a great space for a group of up to 3 wishing to stay together, perfect for twin occupancy or couples and single travelers who wish to have a bit of space to spread out.
Each room benefits from one of our newly refurbished en-suite bathroom with complementary luxury toiletries. Drinks facilities andvanity areas are also available in each room.
Please note we price by occupancy so when booking you will need to select the correct number of guests (including children) staying in the room.
Large Family Four Poster Room
This room is ideal for a family of 4 or indeed two couples/individuals travelling together who wish to have a bit of privacy overnight. Our Large Family room opens to a twin section with 2 single beds, one of which is 4 poster.
The first area runs via connecting door to the second part of the room and our beautiful antique 4 poster king-size bed.The newly refurbished en-suite shower room comes complete with boutique toiletries and vanity area.
Our luxury mattresses are pocket sprung coupled with beautiful cotton bedding ensuring everyone in the party a comfortable nights sleep.
With televisions in both areas of the room and in-room drinks facilities your party has ample space for individual down time during your stay with us.

Minster View Rooms
Perhaps the Jewell in our proverbial crown - our Minster View rooms offer our Guests the memorable addition of being able to see iconic York Minster from the comfort of your own bedroom. Perfect for that special occasion or romantic get away these rooms are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Our specialist pocket sprung Harrison Spinks mattresses sit on voluptuous king size beds with luxury pure cotton linen guaranteeing you not only a beautiful but a comfortable place to rest your head.
The new en-suite shower rooms are furnished with fluffy towels andboutique toiletries. All our rooms have in room drinks facilities along with large flat screen televisions making them a wonderful place to enjoy a break from the hullabaloo of the busy city.
Minster View Chambers
Our Minster View Chambers on our Top Floor can accommodate up to 5 guests, perfect for families or 2 couples travelling together. Connected by a secret door hidden in a fire place and jam packed full of hidden twists The Minster View Chambers are the place to make memories - a must for any Harry Potter fans out there!
Two en-suites with boutique toiletries and voluptuous fluffy towels, one with roll top bath from which you can see York Minster. Both sleeping areas have televisions and vanity stations.
One sleeping section with a Double bed, the second section with both King Size and Single Beds all of which boast specialist Harrison Spinks mattresses and luxury pure cotton linen to offer you the utmost comfort.
